Orchestra is an Australian job board, AI specialist directory, and daily briefing for AI work. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you subscribe to the daily briefing. We use double opt-in, so nothing is sent until you confirm.
• The details you submit if you apply to the AI specialist directory (name, location, bio, experience) or create an employer account to post jobs.
• Your name, email, and message when you use a contact form on the site.

What we do with it

• Send you the briefing you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Publish the specialist profile you submitted, once approved. Your email address is never shown publicly. Enquiries are relayed to you without exposing it.
• Reply to your messages.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. To anyone, ever.
• We don't give advertisers or data brokers your name, email address, or anything you type into a form.
• We don't show ads on this site.

Cookies and analytics

We use functional cookies to keep you logged in to an employer account and to remember site access.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, which sets cookies to count visits and sessions. It tells us which pages are popular and roughly where visitors came from. It doesn't tell us who you are, and we never send it your name, email address, or anything you type into a form. If you'd rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on, and your browser's tracking protection will also block it.

We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies so we can see whether our LinkedIn activity brings people here, and so LinkedIn can show our posts and ads to people more likely to find them relevant. Like our analytics, it never receives your name, email address, or anything you type into a form. You can opt out of this kind of measurement in your LinkedIn ad settings, and browser tracking protection blocks it too.

Email delivery

Our emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Your address is shared with them only for the purpose of sending you the emails you've asked for.

Want to see what we hold about you, or have it deleted? Unsubscribe links handle the briefing; for anything else, contact us and we'll sort it out.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date at the top.
